Our history
Since 1989
Rosen, Tsionis & Pizzo, PLLC (formerly the Law Offices of Avrum J. Rosen, PLLC) is a boutique practice located in Huntington, Long Island. The firm was founded by Avrum J. Rosen, who started his own practice in 1989 after developing bankruptcy practices at two earlier firms.
We're experienced in representing Chapter 11 debtors operating small to mid-size companies, and have successfully reorganized several businesses on Long Island and in New York City.
We also have extensive experience representing individuals, health-care bankruptcies, Chapter 7 trustees, operating trustees and creditors' committees. Plaintiffs and defendants in bankruptcy proceedings of all kinds rely on the firm, and our attorneys are experienced in commercial and residential real estate law.
